Is part of the province of Olbia - Temple, is located near the Costa Smeralda, and is the gateway to the archipelago of La Maddalena and Palau. Characteristics of the site is a granite hill of 122mt, the rock Bear: molded over time by weathering, the rock has taken the form of a bear that looks to the sea. Crossing the harbor, is the beach dell'Isolotto divided in two by a garden, and to follow the 'Isle of Gulls, 3 km long and divided by the river's mouth Smooth.
Worthy of note are the archaeological sites of the city of Palau, as the Giants' graves, and those of Sajacciu, l Nuraghe Lucha, and military forts.
